Dr Patel MBChB LRCP LRCS qualified in 1982 and after working in several major teaching hospitals in a number of specialist fields, including General Surgery, he trained to become a General Practitioner in Torquay and Plymouth.

He is the Medical Director of St Mellion Laser Clinic.

He now practices laser and cosmetic treatments alongside a NHS general practice. He has received accredited training in techniques for treating lines and wrinkles, dermal fillers and chemical peels. He has BTEC for laser treatments.
